C.S. Lewis         I look at in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen, not only because I hold it, exactly because by it I see everything else. From Christian to doubter and stake to Christian...the life and works of C.S. Lewis.         On November 29, 1898, a snappy coddle boy was born to Albert J. Lewis and Augusta Hamilton Lewis. The baby was Clive Staples Lewis, the newest increase to the Lewis family of Belfast, Ireland (C.S. During the Battle of arras in 1918, he was wounded, but later recovered and returned to the guide of duty. In December of 1919, he was discharged from the army.

Earlier that year, he received a striking honor. Death in Battle, his root real publication, was put in the February edition of Reveille (C.S. Lewis, par. 8-10).
